In today’s diverse workplace with VDUs and many hours of computer work, employers have a duty of care to allow their employees access to the correct safe equipment, H&S preventative training and ergonomic advice.
Issues leading to repetitive strain injury, fatigue and musculo-skeletal disorders will be addressed along with methods of prevention. You will learn and be able to apply preventative muscular relaxation techniques shown to releave pains and prevent musculo skeltal disorders.

Provided within groups or on a one to one basis. Through active demonstration of Yoga & Meditation you will become responsible for your own health and wellbeing. These methods are particularly effective at maintaining physical health and preventing degenerative mental and physical problems within the workplace
