If you are aware of processing going on then you are better able to control them and use them to your advantage. Most stressful situations reach a breaking point because the individuals and or organisations involved are unaware of the problem developing.
It is much more preferable to stop a leak in a dame then to try and plug it once it has broken through the protective barriers.
Research has shown that when we are not paying attention to specific things, massive changes can happen in our visual field and we are completely unaware of them.

This is known as the ‘pink elephant effect’ because even if a pink elephant passed in the back ground of something we were focused upon then we would consciously miss it.
Developed focus enables us to pay attention to more things at once. Multitask efficiently, work smart not just hard.
You will be taught techniques or meditation, body awareness and mindfulness. Using these techniques they will become more balanced and focused within their work and home lives
