Stress Awareness - Maintaining an Effective Workforce

Having an awareness of the issues that lead to work overload is one of the most important key skill to have in the workplace. The Health and Safety Executive – HSE (www.hse.gov.uk)- estimated 12.8 million lost working days per year in Britain. This is a very conservative figure as stress still has stigma attached and workers will mask reasons behind absence. Furthermore an immeasurable amount of efficiency is lost due to stress before it gets to the point of having to be absent from work.

This training will teach practical techniques that will enable better maintenance and prevention of work overload, increased focus and higher motivation.
Time management and efficient working techniques often leave room for improvement, even in the most efficient executives.
Meditation and focus practices will increase worker well being, motivation and efficiency. Nutritional knowledge will lead a more effective diet, decreasing stress inducing drugs and increasing natural stress protecting anti oxidants in foods & drink.
