Balancing Forces

ABOUT
The entire Universe is made up of opposing forces that are continually exchanging energy between them. This state of duality is how we experience all aspects of the physical Universe. Within that experience exists our sciences, logic and emotions. We can not escape this duality as we can only define an item upon it not being something else, and thus we must always have an 'it' and a 'not it' - in other words a Yin and a Yang.
However if you can learn to step back beyond the interplay dance between these forces and observe then you are able to witness the push and pull forces at play and not just be taken for the ride into the experience. From this 'perspective' (which is not really a perspective, as that too would have to sit with in the duality), you can begin to balance the forces that dance within your life and support habitual emotional patterns. Awareness leads to a freedom from these habitual patterns.
This is an experiential workshop to explore and demonstrate the interplay of perception, energy and consciousness within a space of acceptance.
Using research and experiences from science, psychology, healing and energy medicine a space will be provided for participants to recognise the continual interplay of the Yin and the Yang and acquire a state of neutrality where change has the space to occur. With a greater awareness of the dance between different aspects of our selves, participants will be able to witness a reflection of habitual patterns and anchors that might be preventing their wellbeing.
You will leave with tools and practical experiences to help you remain more present in the moment – becoming the author of your own story.
